Programs based at BYCC are:

IFYS YELS (Youth Engagement & Linkage Service)

Assists young people aged between 12 and 21 years who live on the Sunshine Coast who are experiencing personal difficulties but are not sure who can help or where to start looking. Mon – Thurs 8:30 – 4:30pm (Times subject to change)

IFYS Emergency Relief

For people of all ages who are experiencing short term, financial crisis through a short assessment process.

IFYS Reconnect

A free and confidential service that helps young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to stabilise their living situation. We assist in finding a tailored solution suitable for the young person and their family’s unique circumstances.

The Coolum Community Support Service Office is situated within the Coolum Civic Centre.

The Community Support Officer can assist with information and referrals for a range of services.

Emergency Relief

We provide Emergency Relief to people who are experiencing short term, financial crisis. Access to food supplies and referrals are available.
