Enough Is Enough

We, the men of the Sunshine Coast, are standing up to say - No more violence, no more hurt, no more deaths. We are standing up and we are saying - Domestic and Family Violence must end.

On average, one woman a week is murdered by her current or former partner; Someone’s mother, Someone’s daughter, Someone’s sister is murdered at the hands of their current or former partner. Nationally, over 70,000 women and 34,000 children sought homelessness services as a result of domestic and family violence last year.

We, the men of the Sunshine Coast, are standing up to say - No more violence, no more hurt, no more deaths. This violence is destroying lives and leaving communities shattered.

Enough is enough. Domestic and Family Violence is never acceptable, Not Now, Not Ever. This is not a fancy ad campaign, it’s about the very real issue of violence within our community.

This violence is often perpetrated by men against women and it falls on us as men to assist our mates when we see that they are committing domestic and family violence.
